Heat Conductive Pad: A Green Heat Conductive Rubber Pad is required for this item. These will not transfer correctly with a standard flat press alone.

Pro-Cleaning Tip: To ensure a pristine finished product for your customers, we recommend a quick wipe of the interior with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to remove any standard manufacturing residue or light oxidation.
Sublimation Instructions

Temperature: Heat your press to 400°F.

Alignment: Secure your image to the sides of the lighter using heat tape.

Tip: Taping the sides helps prevent visible tape marks when pressing both sides.

Placement: Place the lighter face-up with your printed image.

Layering: Add your Green Rubber Pad directly over the print, followed by a Teflon sheet.

Press Time: Press for 2 minutes.

Cooling: Remove from the press and allow the item to cool completely before repeating the process for the second side.
Note: Time and temperatures are starting points and may vary slightly depending on your specific heat press equipment.
Technical Note: Gift Tins
The included gift tins are also sublimatable if you want to brand the entire set.
PRO TIP: To keep the tins from bowing or bending under the heat press, we recommend placing a wood support block (a simple scrap piece of wood works great) inside the tin while pressing. This ensures the metal stays flat and the transfer stays sharp.
